Meet Our Founder
Kyle Wicker founded Middle Creek Capital with a vision for utilizing his financial expertise to find custom solutions for his clients. Kyle is a Lexington, Kentucky native with over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, and business advisory.
Kyle has successfully structured financing solutions across commercial real estate, SBA 7(a)/504 loans, construction lending, equipment financing, and cash flow lending. His career spans leadership roles at regional and national banks, where he built and managed commercial loan portfolios, advised middle-market companies, and developed lasting relationships with lenders across the credit spectrum.
His approach blends community banking expertise and institutional capital market insight, allowing him to anticipate lender questions, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure clients are positioned to close efficiently.
