3. Targeted Capital Sourcing

During this step, we leverage our extensive network of community, regional, and national banks, as well as private credit funds, to source the most competitive income and terms. The team then reviews and approves the final list of targeted capital partners. 

4. Execution and Closing

Our team will lead negotiations, manage due diligence, and coordinate all parties to ensure a swift, secure, and successful closing. We require your availability for final document signatures and funding coordination by this stage.
